Joe is back! On Hessle Audio with another profoundly percussive adventure into the ever so confusing genre of dubstep/bass/grime or whichever you think comes closest. After the 2009 anthem 'Grimelight', Joe's return on Hessle has been long awaited and this release is certainly set to please, a very experimental EP where Joe manages to cook up some insanely infectious rhythms with little more than a few sub hits and a scatter of flamenco hand claps. 'Claptrap / Level Crossing' by Joe is out next week on Hessle Audio and available on early vinyl pressings from Boomkat.
