Matt Kemp aka Plimsouls is no stranger to the blog and has had a few mentions in the past now, so Im glad to mention him yet again with great news of his debut EP. 'If Not Now, When?' is coming out on Pieces Of Eight Records, home to Style Of Eye and Cassette Jam, and is a much tougher, techier affair than his previous works.
